Yes, my favourite too, niffty, but a bit of a fiddle to load blades without cutting your fingers, I prise the holder open with a piece of thin plastic to load and align' The 1/2DE blade with broken tabs can then be positioned right at the toe of the razor. I use them with carbon steel blades, like the Treet Black Beauty, currently I'm using a stash of Chinese carbon steel (Sharp Edge Lieres marked TORPEDO). I personally find carbon steel blades are more forgiving in shavettes and closely emulate straight razors, which I have used in the past which are invariably made from carbon steel.
