That go to cream you tend to use.

I picked up a couple of tubs of eShave Lavender off the B/S/T earlier this year, and when I'm not using one of my various soaps I always use it. I love lavender essential oils, and the eShave line is no slouch if its small but cultlike following is any example. I would venture to say it closely resembles AOS Lavender cream.

I have 4 in the usual rotation: Castle Forbes Lavender, AK 1869 tub, Ultimate Comfort and Simpsons. Which ever one I'm using seems wonderful that day, but the CF is the go to cream.

I just got QCS Ginger lime (custom scent for the cream, but he makes a bath soap of it) and AOS Lavender. While the AOS is a really nice cream the QCS has been seeing about 50% of my use (like every other day I use it, I don't really have any sort of rotation just what ever I feel like when I start.)

Always Proraso. If it's a leisurely Saturday/Sunday morning shave or a sure quick workday thick, slick lather, Proraso delivers.

Another vote for Proraso Green, whether cream or soap. Always reliable and leaves the skin feeling good! Quality product at a great price.

Want to try DRH creams tho since i've read so many good things here ..

For me it's a tossup between Anthony Logistics SC and eShave White Tea SC

Anthony Logistics works great with a brush and provides a wonderful light peppermint scented lather with plenty of glide. There's a nice menthol kick to it too. not a face freezing menthol, but plenty for my liking.

eShave might just be the slickest shave cream I own. I get amazing shaves out of it.

Since trying QCS Vostok I haven't wanted to use anything else. Love the menthol and it makes my skin feel amazing.

I love using proraso green to test out new brushes with a hand lather because its a good benchmark and inexpensive. However i try more and more to use natural products now and tend to use QCS Esquire the most. Just got some Fitjar East Indies that might work its way into that go-to spot too.
