I've been insanely busy recently - so much to the point that I've all but abandoned this thread. However, I have to say that I LOVE the idea that most restrained gets something. As well as most enabling gets something as well. Maybe each guy could put up one item from his den at the beginning and winner takes all. Something along those lines? I need new blades, a new cream, and a new A/S (and possibly a new brush) and then I could hop on an end of September wagon. Nice thinking Nova!

Yep. I can start it earlier if you want - but I promised 9/25. I just can't start on it immediately because I've got a couple of things I need to order.

I also want to give people a couple of days to take stock and get orders in if they need to. I imagine most people won't need to place orders.

The last thing I need to do is place an order. I'm already participating. I encourage everyone to order as much as their bank account allows. Empty the PayPal. Apply for a Visa, Mastercard AND AMEX. Go into debt! Who knows what tomorrow brings...

The only thing I plan on buying for the rest of the year are vintage razors, found at antiques stores, flea markets or garbage sales, that are being sold at a great price. I love my "new" Gillette old type so much that I'm looking for more OC's to try.

I find it sad that I have to sign up after wetshaving for less than 3 months...

I've done more 'damage' in 3 months than many have done in 3 years - 15+ razors, brushes, soaps, AS, stands, travel kit supplies, backup razors in case the ones I like go out of production, razor blades to supply an entire village, etc.
A self-imposed sabbatical is needed, before it is mandated by SWMBO
