Not to derail the thread, but how did you rebuild the button?
CA glue mixed with carbon and then plastered on. Then re-cut the shape with hand files, re-drilled and re-slotted. Not hard, but finicky and I'd rather not say how many times I glued my fingers together snd to the table. . . .
Off today for Lundi Gras, so some Country Squire Cowboy Coffee with a pinch of Rattray's Stirling Flake in the Dr. Grabow "Commodore" Canadian. My smoke was about ten minutes before breakfast and another fifteen or twenty after, with some relights.
Some Scottish Mixture in a Dr Grabow Crown Duke I recently cleaned up.
This morning a bowl of KBV Burley Morning Pipe in a Meerschaum Falcon......
After dinner smoke of some 2014 Stonehaven (gifted from Riff Raff many years ago) in a freshly restored Danets.
C&D Pegasus in my Peterson Aran150. My first Pete and a favorite.
I was eyeing up a Peterson at the smoke shop the other day. . . . I've avoided going back since for fear it would follow me home.

Deano, I'm having some Pegasus myself, post-workout and with coffee on a cool Pudgy Tuesday morning. The pipe is the CHAP straight billiard with meer-lined bowl. It's fairly strong stuff, even with a slice of toast & peanut butter inside me; I'll have to take it slow!

Long day at work yesterday, so by the time I got home and fed the cats, dinner consisted of a bowl of Half and Half in my MM Missouri Pride and .5ml of cbd oil before I headed off to bed. That's my second bowl of H and H in a cob in the last couple of days. Definitely buying a can or two in my next order.
I love H & H. Now and then I'll mix a little Crooner in with it -- that stuff is way too strong for me to smoke by itself for more than ten minutes.
I forgot to take a picture but today's pipe was Peterson Sunset Breeze in a Longchamp leather wrapped bent billard .
I feel like I read a post that someone mixes H&H 50/50 with BCA. I may give that a try, too. I could just be making that up, too, I'm not sure.
