A SURPRISE FOR ME!
When my order for the aggressive baseplate (aka tray) turned up, there were TWO baseplates in the package:
Assuming this was an error I emailed Jorge asking what I should do.
Jorge replied: "On purpose! Just a gift from us, and I wanted you to have the full set!"
I've had many excellent "customer service" experiences, but this just takes it to another level!
