Second to last shave with the Syntesi, and I'm impressed. Not because I've dialed it in--I get the feeling that the Syntesi has my number. I think it'll be a great daily shaver, a compact and forgiving travel razor, or a razor to keep in the shower for those days I don't have the time to make a production of shaving.

Popped a fresh Kai blade into the NT, first time trying this blade. Decent feel during the shave, but not super close shave and some irritation and a nick. I’ll not write it off just yet.

Back to the 1.05mm baseplate today. I wasn't concentrating, but autopilot and a bit of tidying up got me an easy near-BBS.
