My shave this morning with the aluminum Lupo further confirms that it is an amazing razor and one of the best performing for my skills and face.

I did take your advice and plan to use my Lupo aluminum sometime in the near future. I don’t care for the weight, and I’m not sure what to do about that. I don’t think a titanium handle would improve the shave, so I’ll have to try it as is.
I’ve tried the Lupo Aluminum with both a titanium handle and a stainless steel handle, it works just fine with either but it’s a special razor with the stock aluminum handle it comes with in my opinion. I didn’t think I’d like how light it was at first but it ended up being one of my overall favorite razors and the reason I expanded my aluminum collection.

At first I didn’t like the weight of aluminum razors, but now it doesn’t bother me and I don’t even think about it. I adjust on the fly quickly.
That’s the beauty of it. Barely anything to care about!
Or you could take a Maggards MR8 handle, have a machinist hollow it out and pack the void with tungsten putty for extra extra density and the ability to bend light.
There are also some heavier aluminium handles on Etsy, have been eyeing them forever.
Kim can already bend light with all the titanium he's got at home!
I haven’t checked with Mark / @BigAlVista lately to see who is winning in the Ti Crown handles and stands race. He was ahead last time we compared notes.

I haven't gotten any new ones since then. The V1, Tithena, Master Sailor and a Stainless Overlander have me tapping out for a while.

Step one: If you think you have a problem, you probably do. Best to let Larry or Mark take those evil, evil razors, blades, brushes, and colognes off your hands so you can free your minds and focus on the important things in life.

I realized yesterday... My goal for this year is to up my shave count to 100 this year... I have ~1600 Perma-Sharp blades.... I'm almost 72.... with 16 years of just one blade I have???? Ummmmm.... and I have hmmmm rough count, around 4K total of other DE blades... and I use AC razors about 40% of the time.... and I have ummm lots and Lots of AC blades...
I have to admit.... that shocked me. I'm officially an idiot when it comes to the AC and DE blade count.
I'm going to count my Ti Crown handles and stands right now...I have 10 Ti Crown handles and 11 bases, including the 2 bronze stands I have... so.. officially.. 7 Ti Crown polished handles with matching stands, 2 matte finish handles and stands and 1 polished Ti Crown handle with a bronze stand... Finally, the Rocnel Elite hybrid OEM titanium handle with a Timeless bronze stand.
