This one has no manufacturer name but has the number: PC 39772 (9 is a bit worn so not sure)

Just to give an update, the Milord is circa approx. 1948. It got it's first workout in almost 60 years yesterday with a feather blade (Dad switched to an electric around 1950). What a smooth, comfortable shave! Feather blades are dangerous for me (razor burn on the neck) but with a little corking and this non-agressive razor, nirvana!

Do you have a picture of the cap from the top and a picture of the whole head from the end of the head? That can give us an idea of the age based upon head style.
Ray, remember that early Canadian Aristocrat we were looking at? It had the "PC" prefix as well.
That's right too, I did recall it when I read this post but was thinking C and not PC for some reason.
Let us not forget this odd PC pocket edition:

I also have one with the knurled handle. It also has a PC prefix and it came from Canada.
It's great that you have your Dad's razor. I wish I did.
