10f is -12c

Lined deerskin gloves they sell at work/sporting good stores should do the trick. They usually come in yellow, but can be found in black.

You should look at cross country ski gloves also.

Mittens is what you want. Take it from a guy who has lived in the Arctic. Mittens will help your hand and fingers keep each other warm. You can get glove liners if you want to use them with the mittens. Get the kind that are trigger mittens that have an opening in the palm so you can get your fingers out if you need to do so for a second. Use the liners and that way if you touch anything you won't stick.
