What's new

Double ring here today, gone today

I got the seller to add me to the exclusions list so I could put in an offer which I did. $200. It was rejected and I got a counter offer of $1500. I rejected that and sent a note asking why he thinks his double ring is worth 7 or 8 times more than anyones elses.

I can't wait to see what his response is to that!!
He turned down my offer too, but didn't even counter! I feel cheated!!

I don't get the reason behind the envelope ... were users expected to mail back their used blades for recycling? Or is this a means for them to mail in money in order to buy refills?

My understanding is that you'd mail the blades in, say 12, & Gillette would return 6 new ones. They had to be free of rust, dings, or bends. Basically, a "new" dull blade.

The price is now $350.00

Edit: Sorry, I looked at the original listing and not the re-listed item!

There's no free shipping anymore. Apparently the $5 priority mail flat rate box was too much overhead for this guy

Ok, I know that this is probably against the spirit of being a gentleman, but when it came out at $2000 I wanted to put in a ridiculously low bid - say $50. And if many other members happened to do the same, it would send a big message of how ridiculous his price was.
And no, I haven't made an offer yet.
