Dignity and the Wet shave

Did another S&M session with my Boar brush. I did not give it a safety word:

A little discipline certainly pays off Mark. I find it to be an enjoyable process. Even when you start to use the brush it continues its journey into softness. Something no other hair knots can do.

That was a rough time. I'm glad you and the rest of that region's inhabitants got through it without further catastrophic loss. My future wife was in Warsaw at the time studying at the unuversity. Everyone was taking Iodine tablets and sheltering in place.
She was much closer than me then. Still we had restrictions on what we could eat for a number of years. Reindeer herders up north had to slaughter their Reindeers for 5 years and but the meat. We had limitations on how much fish we ate from our lakes and how much wild mushrooms you could safely pick and eat etc.

If you want to see an excellent series on what happened at thernobyl I can warmly recommend the mini series thernobyl. Very sobering and disturbing but very well made.

I saw it! Excellent series. Glad you and yours got through it OK.

Had an interesting shave this morning. I did side-by-side shaves with the R41-GS and my OC TIbird. They both gave me a BBS shave. They both did so with an FIS between 3.5 and 4. They both are well engineered and fun to use.

But you know what? The R41 is more efficient. It took me 1:45 to get to BBS with the R41, and 3 minutes with the TiBird!

If Muhle came out with a Ti version of the R41, that would be nice to try!
