Closed PIF - Hot Sauces from NZ-Closed

I'm in, even though I just was the runner up in the BBQ PIF and still haven't had a chance to try my prize. Here's a picture of me grilling something to keep both of my young boys happy at the same time. One wanted a cheeseburger, the other wanted pizza.

Awww...that's nothin'

Just wait until I take some pics. of searing some steaks on the manifold of the engine in my old pickup.

Baked 'taters work well also...it's all about temperature control.

I'm in. I'm down to two bottles of hotsauce and the selection here is poor.

Nothing says summer more than Brats on the grill. We eat theses about once a week. I like them with a spicy brown mustard and sour kraut.

Not my picture as I don't have one right now.

^^^^yes very nice but I'm quite fond of those sausages myself.
As a result of that post I had to have a few rib eye sammies for dinner before the rugby. The All Blacks V Argentina. Go the All Blacks.

Not on the BBQ but very nice anyway.

That's a cool looking little burner there. What sort of fuel does it use.
I uses to use one of these when I went hunting. Light weight as we would walk in with heavy packs and with a bit of luck even heavier on the way out.

I have my spies..................

It just burns sticks and twigs, pine cones etc.. It's the fastest camp stove I've ever used. You can do 1 and 1/2 quarts of water in five minutes. Really lightweight, but a bit bulky. All of your mess kit stuff, and enough fuel for your next fire if you want, can store inside though.

Thanks, that does look a good design. Enough hot water for coffee for a few people in 5 minutes is quite impressive.

love sausages on the grill.

boerewors are great on the grill. The South Africans call a BBQ / Grill a braai.

I cooked a boerewors today in a cast iron pan.
