Best blade for people with sensitive skin due to psoriasis

I don’t have specific suggestions for you, as I don’t have sensitive skin. But if you want to try a variety of blades before you buy, consider checking out the Great Blade Exchange. The link is in my signature at the bottom of this post.
As a fellow psoriasis sufferer, smooth blades are a key. Of currently available blades, I strongly recommend the Suneko blades from China, which you can get on AliExpress. They are very smooth and won't irritate your skin. Couple those with a milder razor, like a vintage Gillette Super Speed, and you'll be good to go
Shave prep is also key. I use Cremo for Sensitive Skin as a pre-shave application just before the shaving soap goes on. The combination of the two makes my face super slick and has eliminated razor burn (which is a psoriasis trigger for me).
Otherwise, focus on smooth, steady strokes with little pressure, and you can mostly eliminate cuts in combination with all of the above.
