It’s a tough call. They are pretty similar in that regard, but I’d say the Baili is milder and less efficient, but I love shaving with it. You can’t go wrong with the Baili or 1904. Both wonderful mild shavers.

Try a KIA blade, 9/1000" wider, in the Baili, you'll notice the difference and a great comfortable combo'
