1912 ever ready

Thought I would share my 1912 patent ever ready with you.

Very nice! I love those art deco scroll handles. How do you like the shave?

Had my first shave with it today, amazing shave BBS could not feel the blade at all.

Very nice I have a couple US made ones that I love. Sometime I need to get a British made one, I keep hearing they're even better.

Cost me £10 from ebay, I thought it was a bargain.

Nice one! Notice that the end of the handle is quite abruptly finished? It's VERY flat, certainly compared to others (which you may or may not be in the position to confirm) which I believe was specifically milled to fit a certain case in the 1950s that was originally made for the highly styled Sun Ray 1912.

Yes it is flat, I also have a bakerlite travel case that it fits snuggly into.

I have two of them, one made in U.S.A. and one British made. They are very efficient razors. I like them a lot.
