Hi! Yeah, from the (very) late 1940s in these heavy bakelite cases:
... the red and green cases have this handle in aluminium, which was also made in heavy steel (in the blue and yellow cases).
Later (into the 1950s), these "DeLuxe" cases:

My daily ER razor switches between the 1924 Shovel Head and the 1912. I only shave with Ever Ready. Those are the only two razor types I own. Between the two, I rotate between 5-6 handles.
That looks like a 1912 ER Razor.
I thought I have used and seen all the handles from Ever Ready. I have never seen this one.
The handle looks like brass to me?

I call the pattern "Chain Mail".
Both heavy (brass) and lightweight (aluminium) are available, which I would think indicates the end of the '40s into the '50s. Look at the subtle difference in colour in the second picture - grey case is lightweight/aluminium and black case is heavy/brass.
