You bet. I grew up in Southeast Texas, surrounded by Cajuns and all sorts of related influences. While we rarely had chicory coffee in the house, it was about everywhere else, and I always loved it. Yes, I like my coffee good and strong--always have--and I've little doubt that all that chicory has something to do with that.
