How do I insert an image here??

Upload the image to the gallery, copy the address of it and post it where it says "here" above. (the IMG needs to be on both sides of it, WITH the brackets.)

AACJ is correct... but let me expand on it a bit more. There are 2 ways to insert an image. One is to host it in the galery and then do as he says. The other is to host the image at another site like flickr, smugmug, tinypic, etc. and then copy the URL for the image and post it within the IMG tags.
