Decided to splurge and purchased a jar of MdC, original scent. I saw many videos and read up but still have a question.....what's the best way to lather it up.....face or bowl? I usually bowl lather my creams and have bowl and face lathered my soaps. Just curious to tap the more knowledgeable MdC users around. Thanks!

IMO MdC is one of the easiest lathering soaps on the planet. I alternate between bowl and face lathering my products, and MdC is perfectly amenable to both methods.

MdC is my very favorite soap. It is very easy to lather just as Neo said. I both face and bowl lather MdC, but my favorite experience is to use my Roberts Feats of Clay #4 scuttle and just take a very leisurely shave finishing off with B&M Fougere when I'm using Fougere scented MdC. Hope you enjoy this fine soap as much as many of us do.
Just build a lather in the jar with a damp brush and finish it on your face. Enjoy the MdC goodness!
