According to Wiki, the odds of a Royal Flush 5 card draw are 649,739 : 1

So I the odds of a Hearts Royal Flush draw would be (649,739 x 4) : 1 = 2,598,956 : 1

Mighty slim odds, though I once saw a 5 card straight flush dealt before any draw! It was at a private game amongst friends, and we all sat silently stunned for a few moments, not wanting to pick-up the cards because we knew we witnessed something very special!

Also, I've seen quite a few straight flushes in draw poker, including a Royal Flush, but obviously the odds are greatly reduced in draw poker.
