Opinons on Sampson's Balm

Any opinions on Sampsons AS balm? I have some samples and think the unscented is great.

I use their soap but I don't have the balm. I'm thinking of buying the unscented to use in the winter.

In theory, I like it. However, it feels a little greasy as I first put it on.

It does feel a bit greasy but I think your face is supposed to be wet and use just a tiny bit, rub it in, and it disappears. A half hour later its gone, at least in the winter inside the house.

I've tried to put as little on as possible, but it always has felt greasy initially. You're right that it goes away after a while. I may try it again now that it's winter. I really like the list of ingredients though, so I've always wanted to like it more than I do.

I tried a sample of the unscented which was nice. I bought a bigger jar (2ounces), and found that it led to breakouts, so I had to let it go.
