Help! Japanese double edge safety razor

Hi I received this razor along with a box of vintage Gillette razors at an estate sale. I have looked on line and I can not find anything like it. I don't know if it is vintage or if it is one of the new razors being sold on line now. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance for you advise. Photos attached.

Nice find. It looks like a knock-off of the flare tip super speed, including the diamond-shaped plate. But the rest of the TTO design is not quite right for a Gillette: maybe more like a Schick Krona.

Also looks a lot like a Weishi, but those are made in China.

Can't help identify it, sorry. How does it shave?

That would be my guess, some guy who was in the military stationed in Japan might have purchased it and brought it home possibly.

Could very well be. The number of rings of knurling match the Feather exactly,
