Is the Tabac Eau de Cologne 10.1 oz. wrapped in cellophane when purchased new?

I was reading on the Basenotes forum that this could indicate it was a returned item and that's the reason their prices are always marked "clearance" for Tabac.

Has anyone purchased Tabac cologne from another seller or Perfumania, and was the box wrapped in cellophane?
Or is Tabac sold like Old Spice? The Old Spice box is never wrapped in cellophane.

Excellent! It's a very clean scent. It lasts about 6 hours on my skin and projects for nearly half of that, possibly longer, but I haven't worn it yet near anyone I know to ask. I plan to buy the shaving soap and the EDT, although many say that the EDT has different notes. I might get the aftershave, too, even though some of the ingredients of the cologne lend themselves to an aftershave. I would even buy the deodorant stick if I didn't read that one of the ingredients was triclosan.
