I tip I got from Shave Busta's videos is to slowly count up to 20 or 30 while loading the brush. I try to slow my count down to about 1 second per count, and vary between 20 or 30 depending upon the soap and brush combo Im using. It has worked well for me, and my lathers are much fuller and longer lasting this way.
