What do I have here?

Hi gents, I found this in the wild today. It's my first vintage razor purchase and I haven't any idea which model it is! Can you help? Under the head it says "Reg USA" and beneath that is the letter "W". Also, "PAT OFF" and beneath that is the number "1". Gillette, made in the USA. I sure hope the pics I attached stay attached when I post!
