As you can see I had to hang my shelf on its side. It was a little tricky getting everything to stay there. LOL. I'll try to repost the pictures.
 
Those are screwdriver holders for pegboard. There are 6 loops on each one. Works perfect for the razors.

Re fixing the razors to the wall, I have done something similar only I have used what we call "dresser hooks". These come in various sizes, but I find the 32mm (1 1/4") is about perfect for a DE razor. As mine are fitted inside a white bathroom cabinet, I have gone for white plastic coated versions..

Each razor requires two to hang the head off, and they need to be spaced about 1" apart.
That spacing works for DE and Cart razors. Leave at least 1 1/4" between each pair of hooks so the razors are not crowded.
The system works well, and as the hooks are plastic coated, there is no chance of damaging the plating on the razor.
