When making lather, should one use a fast whiping motion with the wrist or should it be a slower, stiring motion? Which method generates a superior lather? Is the process the same when soaps and creams? Thanks
To get lather that's renown
You must whip it
You will never live it down
Unless you whip it
No one gets away
Until they whip it
I say whip it
Whip it good.
A deliberate stirring motion is, in my opinion, superior to whipping for decreased likelihood of the lather becoming too airy. I guess it has alot to do with the consistency that I like my lathers, but deliberate stirring always helps me achieve this.
