Ready to Shave!

Newbie here, just checking in. I've used a Gillete fusion for years and decided to delve into the work of a better shave. I have a Perfecto Pure Badger brush, Edwin Hagger Sandlewood shaving soap, glycerin (going for uberlather), Artist Touch Feather SS and the sampler from tryablade.com with an alum block. Read lots of posts here and videos by geofatboy. Hope to enjoy many years with you guys!

My supplies are supposed to be here Wednesday, so wish me luck! Have my face and head to shave, so we will see how it goes.

Welcome to B&B! It sounds like you have a great starter set! It is identical to what I started with (except I used an Edwin Jagger DE89LBL) and I still use the Perfecto brush! Good luck with your new endeavor, and if you have any questions the fine folks here will gladly answer them!

I just filled out my Hall of fame entry. And I am quite familiar with the wiki, I have probably read every page in it, some a couple time lol
