holiday Tamales

My sister in law makes the best in the world (well, at least to me)- I am trying to get the wife to have her over to make some, but the wife hasn't been feeling well.
Quite a large project - worthwhile I'm sure. They look fantastic and are drool-worthy!
Living in the northeast, my wife and I had our first Tamales a few years ago at a wonderful local mexican place - they are delicious.

Thanks. My wife and I are taking some vacation time over the next few weeks, so will check it out.
Dave those tamales look great. They bring back lots of memories. We had them every year at my Granny's house for Christmas. Those days are long gone....food memories are a powerful thing.
