Cocktail sans citrus?

I've never had that version of the Fizz. You do the whole egg too?
I was tired last night and could not remember the full name. Its a manilla fizz and its not rue fizz but its really good.
I got the simple syrup measurement wrong instead of a tbs its a tsp. Instead of 6 oz its 3 ounces of rootbeer and its a whole egg. The root beer really brings out the botanical properties of the gin and its just a really nice smooth drink.
 
This evening's libation: the Viering:

2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. Carpano Antico
1/2 oz. Cherry Heering

Delicious. Not too sweet. Not too neat. Just right.
 
Here's a tasty one:

The Bosom Caresser (yes, this is the name given it by Harry Craddock in the Savoy Cocktail Book, publ. 1930):

1 egg yolk
2 bar spoons grenadine (I used 2 teaspoons of Jack Rudy Small Batch Grenadine)
1/3 curaçao
2/3 brandy
Shake on ice, strain into cocktail glass.
