I cut the knob off my weber classic handle. The final specs are 60 grams and 80 mm.
So I wanted a smaller stainless handle.

I don't have a Bulldog, cosmo. I'll find something
Dr, I used a carbide cutoff disc to cut. Then cobbled together a jig to hold it square and finished the end on the belt sander. then a quick polish on a felt wheel. This stuff is very hard and generates a lot of heat.

I had to spray it down every 20 seconds of working. A wet saw would be nice.
Here's a pic of the shortened Feather ASD1 handle next to a Weber Bulldog.
I'm curious. Why not just use the shorter iKon handle you already had? I'm all for people modding razors, I do it all the time. I'm just curious really.
