Well gents, the mailman dropped off "The Katrina Razor" today. After donning my chem suit and preparing for war..(J/K) I opened up the box.
Here are the before shots of TKR:
It's an F2 from the 1960's packed with a little more history than most Fatboys. It also carries a great deal of sentiment. Disassembly video to follow.

I can't tell you how many times I came close to throwing that thing in the trash. I never expected to be able to use it again I only kept it for the sentiment. Now I'm sure glad I didn't toss it.

This was my face when I opened her up:
Very Encouraging Cap. I am amazed and quite pleased the inside was in reasonable shape considering what it originally looked like on the outside. I can't believe the steel springs survived.
I'm encouraged as it has been stored in a ziplock bag in the cabinet since the Hurricane as a lost cause. Now I can see that I will be able to press it into service once again.
