The he color balance is weird in this photograph. I believe that the lighting was uneven enough to cause that.

Some notes: The ATT razor is very nice, but it gives me irritation too easily. I may see if I can try one of the M base plates at some point. The Vie-Long brush is one that I've had for years but don't use that often. It's pillowy soft, which is not a quality I really want in a brush. It's still nice to have a cloud-soft brush every once in a while, though.

Thank you Celestino!! This violet themed shave really came together and the scent on both the trumpers and the myrsol is amazing. Have you tried the trumpers soaps???

* I have tried them, Chris, but I just find all of the commercial soaps too heavily scented and too many synthetic ingredients for me. I have been using only artisan soaps since I first began this journey 3 years, ago. I try to keep things as simple and natural as I can with everything including shaving! Well, ingredients-wise; brushes handles are another story!
