Looks like its a very decent shape!
Be VERY careful if you decide to unpin the scales however...I broke a set of mine in the past and even though I managed to re-glue the broken area on the pivot, it is definitely not as nice now.

Thanks for the advice...I want to get into restoration and honing but this will not be the first razor I try that to haha I may send this one out to get a proper clean up and honing
I've got a couple Keen Kutters, and I like them very much. That's a good score on your part
