here is mine .. vintage horn holder and some nibs, haven't used it much lately plus need to pick up some more nibs for variety and some ink (been using the FP ink so far which is not the ideal) .. The glass pen will offer no line variation (or so my reasoning tells me .. I may be wrong). They are fun to write with, lots of line variation and cheap .. you can get a inexpensive holder and a bunch of nibs at a low cost.
Here are the two I use most, although getting use to the oblique is taking longer than I expected.

You might try pushing the nib in the oblique a little further into the holding tab. It looks a bit too long which will make it hard that use and cause the points to grab the paper.
