Very cool. Does anyone know if those blade guards will fit other razors? Or is there a similar blade guard for other razors? I've been looking for something like this for a while now.

Instead of "available soon" I see a price listed: 18 Euros for a head.

that's not bad at all!! Wish they'd offered this a few weeks ago when I got mine!!!! I really, strongly dislike the original handle.

Is the R41 head pictured above the 2013 design? I have the 2011 R41 and wouldn't mind trying the slightly less aggressive head.

I don't see the prices either - If you set the country to the US, then you get "available soon". However, setting the country code to Germany will show the 18 Euros price

Oh Yeah!!! I'm so worried about others cutting themselves or the blades getting nicked with razors in the stands.

This should fit the Edwin Jagger as well, I believe.

EXCELLENT! I just ordered the R41 head for $16. Unfortunately, they charge almost 10 bucks for 3-5 day shipping, but it's still a cheap way to get into an R41. Does anyone know off-hand if the R41 head will fit the handle from a HD Merkur? A Cadet 3-piece?

All new R41 heads from Mühle are 2013.
