Need Help with ID

Hello, I need help to ID this DE, it's a 3 piece, no barrel, the only thing on it(up by the single ring) says:
PATENT 133963
OTHER PATENT PENDING

Looks like a Ball End Old Type

yeah, I see that the ball end came out in 1931 and it takes slotted blades, but they also had alpha/numeric dates on them and I can't find one. Don't even know where to look.

Ball end handles came out around 1917, but from 1921 (when the patent expired) to 1929, when production stopped, there were no serial numbers on them.

That's the British patent number for the Old Type. The patent issued in 1917, so that dates your razor as no older than that.

That is a date chart, it indicates a date of a specific razor but only if it was manufactured with a date.

Patent dates marks are patent indicators not manufacture dates. [they may be deceiving]
