Massive praise for Lamy!

Lamy just emailed me that they have repaired the Lamy Lady fountain pen of my wife free of charge! The pen is about 10 years old, and the defect was entirely caused by user error (she learned the hard way that a Parker cartridge does not fit in a Lamy Lady).

This is the second time for me that Lamy repaired a pen for free. In the case of my 2000, it was a defect indeed, but the pen was bought in the 1980's. However, I would have fully understood if I would have had to pay for the repair of the Lady.

I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with the Lamy customer service, and I recommend their pens very highly! I am sure that I haven't bought my latest Lamy pen.
