30 Degree Shave Soap

I stumbled upon 30 Degree Lemon Sandalwood Shave Soap while shopping for unneeded shaving items online. I'd never seen or heard about this brand and was wondering if anyone had any experience with it.

I have it and the scent is excellent! I wish they made an aftershave or cologne. This soap lathers easily and performs well. You will need to put the soap in a mug or soap bowl as the tin is a lot bigger than the puck.

The 30 degree brand is Royal Shave's "private label." This soap is fantastic. It's a german made veggie soap that performs great and smells outstanding. I love the stuff and can highly recommend it!

I ended up getting this back when I posted. I agree. The soap is excellent and the scent is great. I couldn't find any information about it, even on the Royal Shave site.

Nick, how did you find out it's a German veggie soap? Do you know if one of the well-known (around here anyway) companies is producing it for Royal Shave?

Is lemon the only scent there is?

Edit: Just checked; guess the answer is yes. Interesting they call it lemon sandalwood, and speak to having added a bit of citrus to the sandalwood.

I made a big mistake by getting my wife involved in wet shaving her legs. She consistently “steals” my best blades and soaps. I need to find a good place to hide them.
