There was a free downloadable program someone linked to a long time ago that worked well (until I had to wipe my computer clean). I don't remember where it was...
I've used http://download.cnet.com/Graph-Paper-Printer/3000-2064_4-10037453.html for a long time. I like that you can customize your graph paper.
I have used that link for years for use in my science/math classroom. It is a great way to quickly whip up the type of graph I need for an activity.
