Well, tonight I gave her a shot with Truefitt Hill Almond Cream...

Now keep in mind I actually LIKE a little scritch with my brushes. I was afraid it would be too soft as many have described the tips to be like "ultra soft gel tips" . The tips are very soft, but there is plenty of firmness to pull up whiskers and get the job done.

This brush is by far my favorite after only one use. The lather was insane and every minute using the brush was pure bliss.

If I could choose only one daily driver--this would be it. My Duke 3 now takes second place. (althought the classic is growing on me !)

The brush is incredible all----worth every penny.

As far as the softness of the tips goes, my 1XL is a little softer and whiter at the tips then my 2XL. I figure that just normal variance. I love both of them.
