I listened to an item this morning on Dutch radio that was about that we had for almost any occasion a special day or even week in the year. Although mainly used by charities, there even was a day for pipe-smoking. They even had a world championship (burning as long as possible with 3 grams of tobacco)
So then I wondered if there was a "world shaving day" or even better a "world shaving week". If there is, I just didn't know, but otherwise this would make for a great opportunity to get more attention all over the world for wetshaving "the old way".
I think we would be able to come up with quite some contests that relate to our shaving hobby. Maybe something for this thread too?
Like the fastest shave without bleeding, or the thickest lather that doesn't fall off one's face?
I would surely visit the world shaving championships!
