Cologne in the Caribbean

I'm going on a cruise to Belize, Cozumel, and a wee little port somewhere in between the two. Has anyone been around there? Any local bay rums or whatnot that you can recommend?

Can't recommend a good bay rum, but have fun! Our honeymoon cruise were those two ports, with the "wee little port" being Key West.

Can't say enough good things about Belize. It's a neat country.
