LOL, yep she does look like she's laughing but I can assure you she's not!
OK, I win.......YAY!!! The film was in fact: KOLOBOS. I thuoght the 'mutilated' hint might give it away as that is what Kolobos means in Greek, well the literal translation is 'maimed' I believe.
