The younger generation seems to not find it necessary to shave. I pride myself in a good shave now. And notice others unkempt hair and shave...am I an elitist?

I must admit that doing things the old fashioned way has it's appeal. On the other hand, I am just thrilled that I don't look and feel like I shaved with a weed whacker.

In my book it goes hand in hand with owning a century home, an automatic (self winding) watch, holding on tight to the feeling of being a Renaissance man as long as there is still an option to do so. I'd wear a fedora if my head wasn't oddly shaped!
