Who all has a Garand?

In addition to the Schuster, there is a similar device from Garand Gear. It is a ported plug that reduces pressure about 30%, but I don't believe it is tunable.

I have a couple of CMP Garands, both post WWII. First one is an H&R that seems to have all original parts, except the stock was replaced at one point by the military. You can see handling marks, perhaps some from where a soldier seated bullets in the clip by striking it against the rifle. The second one is an International Harvester Corp. Garand. The IHC Granad has few original parts; the receiver and the bolt and a few other parts. However, it has NOS Springfield parts (barrel, sights, and some internals). The barrel was made during WWII and appears to be surplus. The stock is a new CMP stock with the CMP cartouche. Both are great shooters. Too bad there are no or few government records as to where these rifles were used. Oh, and the H&R still has the original Arms Room number on it.
