I've had no problems with the chrome on my Grande. It's a great razor.

I have a Fatip Piccolo. At one point I was looking for a different handle and ended up buying a post-WW II Tech. I don't care much for the shaves I get from the Tech, it seems too mild, but the handle fits the Fatip. And of course, I have learned to appreciate the sports car handling of the Piccolo with the small handle. It's all a fun series of discoveries, and since whiskers grow at an alarming rate, each morning or night (or both) you are presented with a new canvas to work on.

Next time, don't sell your Fatip. Just get a better handle for it.

I love the Piccolo handle. Perfectly balanced

I can’t use handles longer than 85mm, as I feel I lose the control over my shave

Stainless looks better with chrome in my opinion.
