That is one stunning razor. I have lot of Framebacks, but I have never heard of Bavu. What is the origin?

Thank you, I believe it's French. The only thing on the blade other than Bavu is St. Germain which a street in Paris noted for their manufacture of cutlery items. Anyway, that's my best guess.

I can't explain why, but I love that coffin.

Thanks! I like it as well, the outside is pretty used up but the writing is nice and clean. Apparently they promoted the use of their paste to maintain the edge.
