What do YOU think is the best brand of gin for a G&T?

It's funny, when I was young and starting drinking I tried everything in my local and I just could not get on with gin. Fast forward to about four years ago: I was in the lounge at KL where my flight was delayed by about 3 hours and I was bored witless. I spotted a bottle of Bombay Sapphire and thought why not, it's free? It turned out to be a most excellent drink so I had rather a lot and remember little about the flight home.

A bottle of Bombay Sapphire is now standard issue in the drinks cabinet.

Gordon here. In this house we drink it it with a swedish soda called Grape tonic. Tonic with a grape juice easy as that.

Funny thing about Bombay Sapphire and the earthquake. I bought a fifth yesterday to try (it's my new favorite). I had just finished my second G&T when my chair moved and my first thought was "wow this gin packs more punch than Gordons, I'm wobbling in my computer chair". It was only after the chair moved a second time that I realized it wasn't me or the gin.
