I could feel irritation when applying lather to my face. I knew the alum would have a real kick to it. The brush felt scratchy today. Maybe I should have soaked it longer? I also face lathered today which is something I almost never do.

Cloudy day, good for reflecting on life. Therefore, I decided to reflect in the mirror by shaving. And a very good shave. Stirling Bay Rum and Pinaud VIBR provided the aroma, Semogue SOC Mistura helped form a great lather while massaging my face. Greencult 2.0 plate II and Gillette Platinum Light Blue (2) gave me a perfect clean shave.

Notes: Two excellent shaves with my Gillette fat boy. Was also testing the Gillette 7:00 super stainless. Yesterday shave was with two days of growth was good, almost BBs only on one spot on the lower neck I didn't get it. No Cuts or irritation. Today's shave was the same but I was able to achieve BBs it seems that second shave with that blade was better than the first.
